“We recently had a destination wedding at Vizcaya in Miami, Florida. With the help of the event planner and caterer Jorge Castillo of Le Basque it turned out to be one of the finest events that I have ever attended. A friend whom had formerly worked with you sang your praises and recommended you. We currently live out-of-state, but previously lived in Fort Lauderdale and thought that Vizcaya would be a beautiful setting for a destination wedding. We met with Jorge about six months prior to the event to plan the menu for the reception and dinner and table setting and oh yes, a welcoming drink. He also planned the flowers and candles. The weekend weather forecast was for storms. Fortunately, the weather finally cooperated. The outdoor wedding was held on the mound and was absolutely beautiful. Candles and lighting enhanced the effect of an already beautiful Vizcaya. The cocktail hour in the atrium was magnificent. Finally, the dinner in a clear tent with beautiful table settings and chandeliers overlooking Biscayne Bay completed the evening. The food was magnificent and served by a superb wait staff. I am the mother of the groom and was involved in the planning of this wedding for 18 months. Jorge was absolutely instrumental in achieving the elegance of the entire affair. I highly recommend Jorge Castillo and Le Basque to create an amazing exquisite affair. “
