THE SCOPE
A ten-day public installation and performance at The Hangar at Regatta Harbour in Coconut Grove, presented by Hermès.
The project was conceived as a live, cinematic experience built around a series of miniature scenes, developed by Astragales under the direction of Jaco Van Dormael and Michèle Anne De Mey.
Le Basque was responsible for the guest-facing food and beverage program across the full run of the installation, serving multiple daily performances for up to 600 guests per session.
Service was structured for speed and consistency—packaged snacks, bottled beverages, and staging designed to move large volumes of guests in tight windows between performances.
The work sat within a highly controlled environment, integrating into an existing production with strict visual and timing constraints.
