The evening began with guests moving freely through the museum during the cocktail hour, using the exhibition spaces as part of the experience. Dinner followed, along with a private preview of upcoming international releases.

Le Basque was engaged directly by Warner Music to handle catering, staffing, and rentals, working alongside a London-based production team.

Service was structured around guest movement through the space, with food and timing aligned to a non-traditional flow rather than a fixed room format.
