THE SCOPE

An evening dining installation during Art Basel in Miami, produced by We Are Ona for Bvlgari, in collaboration with Craig Robins.

Le Basque was brought in to support the project locally, providing logistics, kitchen infrastructure, and a full service team to execute alongside a visiting chef.

The setup required outfitting a working kitchen and service operation within a temporary environment, aligned with an existing design and production framework.

Service was delivered with coordination between international culinary teams and local staff, maintaining consistency through the VIP experience.
