This fully air conditioned, 34,000 square foot indoor space is located in the heart of the dynamic Wynwood Arts District.  The venue also boasts a 13,000 square foot fully integrated and private outdoor courtyard.  Large access doors allows vehicle entry for brand launches or pop-ups.   It bears mentioning again that this venue is heavily invested in air conditioning!

NEWLY RENOVATED FOR THE EVENTS INDUSTRY

This location was previously known as Soho Studios and Le Basque has solid experience working here for many different partners such as Amazon Prime activations, the Gala for Miami City Ballet, private events and exhibits.  The space works well for a variety of events as it operates as a blank canvas with minimal intrusions into the event design.
